Over 85% of of producers at Dreamworks are women

An article in Jezebel today said over 85 percent of producers at Dreamworks ( a film company) are women. I did not know that piece of information until reading this article. I think this amazing especially since I posted another article about the Academy showing no love towards women directors. Also, Dreamworks is a big company that makes several films every year. Examples include Shrek, Kung Fu Panda and Madagascar.
